The following documents deal with the architectural requirements of the condominium. The basic requirements are provided within the Town Center Architectural Guidelines that apply to all residences within that jurisdiction. More specific requirements for our condominium are provided in the Water's Edge Architectural Guidelines.
All owners are required to submit their plans for maintenance and changes to their unit to the Water's Edge Condominium Board for approval before starting to make changes. You will receive the form, with approval and/or conditions of approval, after approval/rejection has been given. Thus, it is necessary to submit the completed form some time before work is to be started, to ensure approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
Does your application require Town Center approval? Please check the Town Center Covenants for their guidelines: http://www.columbiatowncenter.org/covenant-info/
The following chart summarizes the changes you may want to make to your unit, lists the paragraph of the Waters Edge Architectural Guidelines and whether or not forms are necessary for both Waters Edge and Town Center. View the chart HERE. The forms are listed below, for your convenience.
You can download the necessary forms and associated information below.

If your exterior alteration does not require approval from Town Center, please prepare the Waters Edge application for needed condo association approvals. For applications requiring Town Center approval, it should be submitted directly to Town Center. In either case, you will receive an approval or rejection from the appropriate organization.
