Reserve Study

In accordance with State of Maryland requirements, Waters Edge Condominium has a professionally prepared Reserve Study. This study was completed August 23, 2023 . The study forecasts what the expenses will be for the future years and will be updated every five years or more often if deemed warranted.  The  current study is provided below. 

The study stipulates how much money  must be accumulated in a separate financial account for reserves, how much is to be added per year and how much is expected to be withdrawan each year. The funds are expected to be invested in interest bearing accounts until they are required.
