Water's Edge Chargers
The electric vehicle charging stations are both on the odd numbered side of Water's Edge and the even numbered side.
Please use the instructions below to download the ChargePoint app, to your phone, hook up your car, and connect to the charging network.
You will notice that the instructions mention a "connection code" to use the Water's Edge chargers. Anyone wanting to use the WE EV charging stations will need this code (available from condo manager). Please do NOT share this code with anyone outside Water's Edge. The code permits the connection to be made with our chargers using your phone or a card you will receive in the mail. You will be able to use other chargers available to the public as well.
Do not park in these spaces unless actively charging an EV. Please save these spaces for those charging so they are not stranded with no place to charge.
Please note: Howard County police MAY ticket any non-EV parked in an EV space. Per Howard County ordinances they have the right to issue these tickets on private property.
We understand that these spaces may sometimes be empty which will be frustrating when parking is tight. The number of EVs are growing and we have the infrastructure to support it.
These spots were provided by BGE, which saved the community tens of thousands of dollars.
Please let other users know who you are by fillling out this form.
It takes only a few seconds.
Get the ChargePoint App
The chargers require that you either use a ChargePoint card or scan the ChargePoint app on your smart phone.
The app will have your contact information, bank data and the WE connection code. The card will come in the mail.
