There is no assigned or numbered parking slot for your car. Under condominium law, everyone owns common space. We pride our neighborhood on having respect for our immediate neighbors. Parking of cars is included in the condo Rules and Regulations, Appendix A. One parking space is allocated for your unit--the space directly in front of your unit. However, residents on the ends do not have parking directly in front, so adjacent neighbors are expected to share available spaces. If a neighbor has physical difficulty in navigating from their car to their homes, please take this into account when you choose where to park your car. Please park between the painted marks on the asphalt to ensure you provide room for others to park next to you. There are four parking spaces reserved for electric vehicles, both on the even and odd side of the condominium. The spaces are clearly marked for this purpose and you are expected to park accordingly.Note that the fire lanes are marked as no parking areas and must be honored for the safety of the community. In the event of snow, the snow removal contractor pushes the snow to areas clearly marked for this purpose. The middle island areas are parking for owner overflow, visitors and contractors. Before your visitors arrive, please make them aware of the requirement not to park in front of houses. Again, if you have more than one car, the extra vehicle(s) should be parked in the middle island areas.Everyone is expected to be courteous concerning parking so please discuss it with your neighbors if a problem arises. The Board is always available to help if a problem persists.
